Online Learning and Post-Secondary Expectations: Bridging the Gap from Academic Leaders to Instructors

Because of the increase of online learning on college campuses, some researchers primarily concern themselves with student perceptions to online learning (Jain, Jain, & Jain, 2011). Others are concerned with the changes they would consider beneficial through the instructor perspective (Lederman & Jaschik, 2013). Both groups want to determine the breakdown between the structure of online courses and student success.
