Student Rating of Instruction: A Survey of Satisfaction and Uses

This paper describes a study conducted at North Dakota State University (NDSU) in an effort to measure the level of satisfaction and uses of the student evaluation process, from now on referred to as the Student Rating of Instruction (SROI).
