Several free events and presentations are scheduled as part of the conference. Instructor of English Bryan Ghent ‘05 will read from Scott Ely’s recently published novel, and students will read their poetry, fiction and creative nonfiction. Ely, an associate professor of English, passed away in October 2013. Scott Douglass, editor of Main Street Rag, will speak about publishing creative work and read from his recent collection of poetry
