The Charlotte Composers Forum was initiated by Alan Yamamoto, bringing together two established contemporary groups in the metro area, the Bechtler Ensemble and the Out of Bounds Ensemble. The October concerts will feature works by Charlotte area composers Ronald Keith Parks (Simple Things) of Winthrop, Craig Bove (Broken Being), and John Allemeier (Solstice). Additionally, Alan Yamamoto’s arrangement of Gustav Mahler’s Rückert Lieder will be premiered
