Governors State University recently sponsored a four-day, Level II Project CRISS workshop as part of the Teacher Quality Enhancement Partnership Grant program in professional development. CRISS (Creating Independence through Student owned Strategies) training provides educators with an effective student-centered teaching strategies that increase independent learning and student achievement.
