As of 2014, an estimated 8.7 million United States citizens live overseas (USDS). Many of these individuals would like to enjoy an internet browsing experience similar to the one they had in the United States. To address this concern, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are used; however, they are inconvenient if one wishes to access something in the country they are in, such as their local bank or a local video player.
