The image shows Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry being interviewed by reporters in the third floor hallway of the Dallas Police Department headquarters late on Friday November 22nd, or early in the morning of November 23, 1963. Curry stands a little left of the center of the picture, facing away from the viewer. Three television cameras as well as other still cameras and microphones are pointed at him. One journalist appears to be using Curry's own back as support for writing notes
