This is IATA's forecast that air traffic will increase by 4% annually over the next two decades. WTTC stated that tourism and tourism (T&T) are part of the world’s largest economy, accounting for 9% of global GDP, 30% of exports, and 1 of 11 global jobs. Focusing on how the tourism industry faces the challenge of obtaining talent and supporting professional development is a complex and necessary issue that has a major impact on the future of the industry.
