This text grew out of lecture notes used for a sophomore level active learning classroom. It is intended as a concise, straightforward representation of fundamental dynamics concepts. Each module contains an explanation of a fundamental principle, followed by example problems, group activity problems, and homework problems. The example problems and group activity problems contain plenty of white space, to enable students to work the problems in the Lecturebook, either in or out of an active classroom setting. Topics are organized to enhance understanding.
