Introduction : In front of the seriouness of parenthood disorders and the need of the new parents, the support to parenthood has become an issue, at the beginning of postpartum. The main aim was to describe the practices by the midwifes allowing the identification of the vulnerability and the prevention of parenthood disorders, in post-partum. The secondary aim was to identify the factors which can influence these practices.Methods : In this observational study, a questionnaire, based on clinical cases, was created from reference documents about birth and parenthood preparation and suggested to midwifes practicing in Puy-de-Dome.
