Case Report of Nasal Condyloma due to human Papilloma Virus

We present a case of a patient affected of human papilloma virus and condyloma in the genital area who came in our Praxis with nasal condyloma.A 23 year old patient was examined due to nasal obstruction. The rhinoscopic examination revealed a lesion on the nasal septum, which was resected. The lesion was completely removed and cautherised. Histological examination demonstrated that koilocytes were common in the upper layers. 2 months later the patient came with a lesion on another area in the nose, which was once more removed.Such patients should always be treated with a surgical removal and cautherisation
