Structural grafts and suture techniques in functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty has undergone important changes. With the advent of the open structure approach, requirements for structural grafting and direct manipulation of the cartilaginous skeleton through suture techniques have increased substantially. The present review analyzes the current literature on frequently referenced structural grafts and suture techniques.
