Aim of the work: To evaluate the efficacy of the endoscopic-assisted permeatal transperforation tragal cartilage myringoplasty by assessing the graft take rate and hearing results and to compare it to microscopic myringoplasty of the same technique.Methods: Thirty patients were enrolled in this study between January,2015 and January,2016 gathered from kasr Al-ainy ENT outpatient clinic. They were randomly divided into 2 equal groups.
