The work reported in this paper is a further contribution to the general investigation of the solubility relations of fluorine-containing organic compounds that has been going on for many years. This class of compounds has held the attention of chemists for a long time because of the unusual and often unexpected properties which the fluorine atom gives to the molecule. It is desired to investigate the mutual solubilities of parafluoroaniline and the various isomers of hexane.
