The purpose of this thesis is to take a special case of Dr. Pettit\u27s method of generating a Higher Plane Curve described in Chapter 1 and show what type of curve is thus generated. Also, to find the types of singularities that may exist and to construct curves with different types of singularities as well as the tangents at these points
