Under the sponsorship of the New England Center for Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design, thirty-nine 0.5[mu]m full custom library cells were designed and characterized. The BadBoy05 library supplements the North Carolina State University design kit for the Hewlett Packard AMOS14TB fabrication process provided by MOSIS. The cell data has also been incorporated into a library file to allow a synthesizer to implement HDL designs. The library is freely available through NCSU to any organization for any design application
