Investigations in products liability.

The objective of this Products Liability IQP is to gain the fundamental knowledge and concepts of products liability law. We read two books and watched nine videos to establish a solid background and foundation of products liability and the roll of an engineer in the courtroom. Using this knowledge, we analyzed and interpreted three liability cases. This experience has provided us with an in-depth look at the importance and value of engineering applications in the courtroom
