This paper describes the work done to facilitate the communication, management, and oversight of the academic year 2006-2007 space IQP\u27s. The team performed these functions by creating a relationship with the other groups through constant interaction. As a result, it should be recognized that the outcome of this project is the culmination of the effort of not one, but many teams. The work that all of these teams, contributed to the overall endeavor documented within this report.
