The Ocean Ranch project is an offshore wind farm proposed for two sites in Nantucket Sound, south of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This document identifies and investigates all the important factors determining whether these sites are suitable, and recommends further studies for the development of this wind farm. Thirteen total factors have been identified, the most prominent of which are water depths, avian issues, and the visual impact. Based on these factors, we conclude that the proposed sites are promising along with other nearby locations
