A technique for non-invasively measuring blood flow would be advantageous in the early detection of in-stent restenosis. The different methods of blood flow measurement were examined and discussed. The design process was explained in detail. A thermal method using a self-heated thermistor was constructed and tested. The best fit relationship between the output voltage of the system and the flow through the system was found to be exponential and an equation was determined to describe this relationship
