The goal of this report is to examine three different power sources, and to determine which is the best suited to running a lunar base. The examination consisted of a literature review, followed by an analysis of the three different sources. The scope of this report was limited to technology available in 2006, though consideration is given to future possibilities. The report determines that nuclear power is the best solution, though at a polar site solar power is a possibility
