The 1984-85 year for the Student chapter of the Society of American Foresters was a very busy one with various activities, ranging from cutting firewood at the State Nursery (Ames) to attending the National Convention. The student chapter is in the process of conducting a membership drive to invite Freshmen and other non-SAF forestry students into our student chapter
