How traditional and non-traditional teaching methods effect student interest in economics: A quasi-experimets: A quasi-experimental survey at Sunset High Schonal survey at Sunset High School

The researcher looked at how both a traditional (lecture) and a non-traditional (discovery) teaching method effects student interest in economics at Sunset High School in Beaverton, Oregon. A review of literature on high school economics, teaching methods, and teaching methods in high school economics was undertaken. The researcher used a quasi-experimental design to observe the student interest 10 economics given the traditional and non-traditional teaching methods. The collected data was analyzed for tests of statistical significance. The study discovered significant differences between the means of the responses concerning the lecture and discovery methods.
