Optometric visual training is presently being used in athletic training camps. The literature indicates peripheral vision can b13 enhanced. This study seeks to establish if motor performance in conjunction with peripheral vision is better than the same motor activity relying solely on central vision. The experiment employed putting a golfball as the motor activity. Results indicate higher performance levels are achieved when peripheral vision is used. .
