Le packaging est aujourd'hui un enjeu de l'expérience du consommateur dans le domaine alimentaire. Cette étude vise à montrer qu'une caractéristique majeure du packaging alimentaire, sa couleur, peut avoir une influence sur les caractéristiques attendues concernant le produit emballé. Sur la base d'une étude quantitative menée auprès de 149 personnes, dans une logique de plan expérimental, nous avons pu mettre en évidence l'influence de deux dimensions de la couleur (teinte et clarté) sur le goût attendu.
