The discrepancy between working regulations and real working conditions : an aspect overlooked by the management science books

La littérature en sociologie du travail et ergonomie aborde largement la question de la transgression des règles dans les organisations. La différence entre le travail prescrit et le travail réel est ainsi abondamment décrite et commentée. La preuve de l’existence du phénomène n’est ainsi plus à faire. Comment les sciences de gestion traitent-elles cette question ?On constate avec étonnement que les manuels de sciences de gestion n’abordent presque jamais de ce thème. Tout se passe comme si le décalage n’existait pas, ou bien, implicitement, n’avait pas d’importance.Cet article formule ainsi un constat qui pose les bases d’un programme de recherche ultérieur concernant les pratiques transgressives se plaçant clairement dans le domaine des sciences de gestion.Literature in sociology of work and ergonomia give an important place to the question of rules transgressions in organization.
