La littérature en sociologie du travail et ergonomie aborde largement la question de la transgression des règles dans les organisations. La différence entre le travail prescrit et le travail réel est ainsi abondamment décrite et commentée. La preuve de l’existence du phénomène n’est ainsi plus à faire. Comment les sciences de gestion traitent-elles cette question ?On constate avec étonnement que les manuels de sciences de gestion n’abordent presque jamais de ce thème.
