Emotions, framing and social value orientation impacts on energy consumption behaviours

As population grows, becomes more urbanised and prosperous, unsustainable demands for energy, food and water rise; however the Earth has a finite amount of natural resources available to satisfy these requirements. The social dilemma paradigm provides a relevant framework to gain a better understanding of determinants involved in decisions related to energy consumption.
