Background: eHealth childhood obesity treatment and prevention programs have shown promising results in facilitating behavior change, but there has been a lack of parent-focused studies and those that have included younger children. Aim: The aim of this thesis was to investigate the efficacy of the Time2bHealthy online program in facilitating behavior change among preschool-aged children who are overweight, or at risk of becoming overweight.
