The aim of this thesis was to find out what are the most important motivational factors affecting job performance and employee satisfaction in the case of Generation Z (18-28 years old young people). This thesis is research-oriented, explainings this generation's values and how employers can meet these expectations. The work begins with a theoretical framework based on literature, articles, research results, and international sources.
