This thesis focuses on creating a new onboarding plan for the Building Management System-team in Schneider Electric Finland Oy. The need for the revisited onboarding plan comes from the need of hiring and onboarding new employees as quickly and effectively as possible. This study is based on searching and applying ideas from best practice and literature, results from the current state analysis, and co-creation of the new onboarding plan together with the key stakeholders in Building Management System-team training. All the steps are crucial to be able to get the best possible outcome, for the new plan.
