The purpose of this thesis was to conclude whether investors should invest in the Danish real estate and housing market at the current price levels and with the risk currently involved. The data collected was solely based on second-hand data from a multitude of sources and based on said data, calculations as well as tables created. It was found that the pricing levels, specifically in Copenhagen had reached borderline overpriced levels compared to the rest of Denmark. Owner-apartments in particular had seen the largest growth, while houses still remained under the rader until recently. Substantial risk from international economic and political situations could be found to have affected real estate investments alongside new mortgage laws ...
