Background: Post-myocardial infarction (MI) remodeling contributes to increased electrophysiological and structural heterogeneity and arrhythmogenesis. Utilising the post-infarct ovine model our aim was to determine unipolar electrogram frequency characteristics consequent to this remodeling and the development of Ventricular Tachycardia (VT).
