The target companies of the research are international automobile manufacturing enterprises. The purpose of thesis is to develop recommendations of improving the HRM system of the Japanese company TOYOTA Ltd., which operates on the Russian automotive market, based on a comparative analysis of using Japanese and American HRM models. Based on an analysis of the features of Japanese and American HRM models and by using TOYOTA Ltd. and General Motors Ltd., as examples main advantages and disadvantages of systems were examined in the context of globalization.
