Chorea is a movement disorder that can be caused by a large range of degenerative, vascular, metabolic and toxic disorders in basal ganglia. Arteriovenous malformations are rare vascular malformations the clinical presentation of which depends on the malformation characteristics and localization. Th ey are most commonly presented with intracranial hemorrhage, while focal neurological deficit is the rarest presentation. A case is reported of a 64-year-old female patient presented with hemichorea.
