This TSP constitutes the transportation element of the city's Comprehensive Plan and satisfies the requirements of the Oregon Transportation Planning Rule (TPR). [From the Plan]"This project was funded by a grant from the Transportation and Growth Management (TGM) Program, a joint program of the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Department of Land Conservation and Development. TGM grants rely on federal Intermodal Surface Tmnsportation Efficiency Act and Oregon Lottery Funds.
