This study is a qualitative research that analyzes the constitution of the process of professionality of beginning women teachers from Childhood Education considering their learning and professional development in this insertion period in the teacher carrer. Five beginning teachers formed in the Faculty of Education in the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (USP / RP) participate in the survey at 2009 year. The collect of data occurred conducting individual interviews and all of them were audio recorded for later transcription and analysis.
