A experiência do cuidador familiar e da equipe multiprofissional com processo de cuidar de doentes renais crônicos em hemodiálise

The way to produce care has been restructuring itself for decades. There is an increasing restructuring of ways of producing health from the perception that the models are in complete collapse and do not attend the collective needs. Perform an intervention in the complex organizational environments of health service, in order to make changes in work processes and direction systems, it is not only about having a strategy and follow it. In order to make changes within the healthcare professionals, it is necessary to rescue the culture of work and review their concepts about the way to run it. Care must be understood as part of the human essence, to care we must go beyond specific actions, include the care with attitude of respect, concern and responsibility towards others, putting the collective and society interest above individual interests . Another aspect is that when inserting the individual as the center of caring is necessary to accommodate and mobilize available resources to contemplate the health needs of the subject, understood as having good living conditions, access to healthcare technology, affective bonding and autonomy to attend individuals and their families in their particularities. This is a cross-sectional study with a qualitative approach, conducted in a hemodialysis unit. The aim was to understand the experience of family caregiver and multiprofessional team with the process of taking care of chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis treatment. The sample was intentional, composed of 40 participants, 20 family caregivers and 20 multiprofessional team members, using the Content Analysis to organize the data. Seven thematic categories were prepared, divided into four for the family, being: experiencing the changes imposed by the disease and treatment, assuming the role of caregiver, taking losses in the various spheres of life and (un) knowing hemodialysis. And three for the multiprofessional team, seeking ...A maneira de se produzir cuidado vem se reestruturando ao longo de décadas. Observa-se uma crescente reestruturação dos modos de produzir saúde a partir da percepção de que os modelos estão em completa falência e não atendem às necessidades coletivas. Realizar uma intervenção nos ambientes organizacionais da complexidade de um serviço de saúde, com o intuito de realizar mudanças nos processos de trabalho e de sistemas de direção, não é só ter uma receita de programação e segui-la. Para que mudanças ocorram no âmbito dos profissionais de saúde, há necessidade de se resgatar a cultura do trabalho e rever seus conceitos sobre a sua maneira de executá-lo. O cuidado deve ser compreendido como parte da essência humana; para cuidar deve-se ir além de ações pontuais, englobar o cuidado com atitude de respeito, preocupação e responsabilização para com o próximo, colocando o interesse do coletivo e da sociedade acima dos interesses individuais. Outro aspecto é que ao inserir o indivíduo como centro do cuidado é preciso acolher e mobilizar os recursos disponíveis para contemplar as necessidades de saúde do sujeito, compreendidas como ter boas condições de vida, acesso à tecnologia de saúde, vínculo afetivo e autonomia, para atender os indivíduos e suas famílias em suas particularidades. Este é um estudo transversal com abordagem qualitativa, realizado em uma unidade de hemodiálise. O objetivo foi compreender a experiência do cuidador familiar e da equipe multiprofissional com o processo de cuidar do doente renal crônico em tratamento hemodialítico.
