Asphärische Flächen werden oft in einer interferometrischen Nulltest-Anordnung mittels computergenerierten Hologrammen (CGH) als Null-Elemente geprüft. Die erreichbare Prüfgenauigkeit wird durch systematische Abweichungen des Interferometers sowie der verwendeten Null-Ellemente begrenzt. In dieser Arbeit wird ein Verfahren für die Ermitttlung von systematischen Abweichungen für den interferometrischen Nulltest von rotationssymmetrischen asphärischen Flächen vorgestellt. Das untersuchte Kalibrierverfahren wird mittels sogenannten Zwei-Wellenfronten-Hologrammen realisiert.
