Grignard-Verbindungen in Tetrahydrofuran bieten die Möglichkeit hochreine Magnesiumschichten elektrochemisch abzuscheiden. Zusätzlich verhindern sie eine Passivierung reiner Magnesiumoberflächen. In dieser Arbeit werden elektrochemische Verfahren zur Magnesiumbeschichtung von Folienmaterial und Werkstoffen komplexer Geometrie erarbeitet. Für die Umsetzung wird eine experimenteller Aufbau unter Schutzgasatmosphäre realisiert, der Wasser- und Sauerstoffkontakt mit der reaktiven Magnesiumoberfläche minimiert. Ein guter Haftverbund bei der Beschichtung wird über Schleifprozesse und einen in situ Ätzschritt in der jeweiligen Grignard-Verbindung unmittelbar vor der Beschichtung ermöglicht.
