Hintergrund: Der Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT, Heidelberg Engineering, Heidelberg) findet häufigen Einsatz in der morphometrischen Glaukomdiagnostik. Die Lage der Referenzebene beeinflusst als stereometrische Bezugsebene wesentlich die Berechnung der Parameter, die die topographischen Verhältnisse des Sehnervenkopfes beschreiben. Dementsprechend wichtig ist ihre exakte Position. Es wurde untersucht, welchen Einfluss eine OCT-gesteuerte Referenzebene mit Festlegung auf eine unverrückbare anatomische Grundlage auf die semiautomatische Glaukomdiagnose des HRT hat.
