Hintergrund und Ziele: Verschiedene elektroenzephalographische Parameter wurden hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung untersucht, den anästhestischen Effekt von Desfluran an der Ratte zu quantifizieren. Ziel der Arbeit war einerseits, geeignete Parameter zu identifizieren und hinsichtlich ihrer potentiellen Verwendbarkeit im Rahmen eines intraoperativen Narkosemonitorings zu vergleichen sowie andererseits, pharmakodynamische Modelle für die entsprechenden Konzentrations-Wirkungsbeziehungen zu erstellen.
