Hintergrund und Ziele Intraoperatives Recurrensmonitoring (IRM) ist ein Standardverfahren zur Überwachung des Nervus laryngeus recurrens und trägt zur Senkung der Pareserate bei. Ziel dieser Arbeit war der retrospektive Vergleich der Rate an Recurrensparesen und Läsionen im Kehlkopfbereich beim intraoperativen Reccurrensmonitoring mittels separater Magstim®-Oberflächenelektrode und Xomed®-Tubus, sowie die Untersuchung von Faktoren, die ein erfolgreiches und nebenwirkungsarmes Neuromonitoring beeinflussen könnten.
