ausgewaehlte konzepte der strategischen unternehmensplanung: darstellung, kritik, vergleich

summary: nowadays strategic planning has to take into consideration a very complex envirorment. strategic factors have derived to reduce uncertainty in decision making. therefore, the authors give a short review of the concepts of the product life cycle, the learning curve and the experience curve, inclucing critical remarks. the results of the pims-study are discussed, too. as for portfolio concepts, the authors concertrate on the versions of the boston consulting group and mckinsey. finally these selected concepts of strategic planning are compared with regard to 21 criteria referring f.i. to the methods applied and to orientation towards practice.
