Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war es, mit Wasser gefüllte Mikrokomposite mittels eines Hochdrucksprühverfahrens (PGSS - Particles form Gas Saturated Solutions), herzustellen und die Produkte durch verschiedene analytische Methoden zu charakterisieren. Ein besonderes Interesse erregte dabei die Verteilung des Wassers (Kernmaterial) innerhalb der Komposite. Als Kapselungsmaterialien wurden Palmfett und Rizinusfett eingesetzt. Im Vorfeld der Verkapselung wurden das Phasenverhalten sowie die fluiddynamischen Eigenschaften der Fette in Gegenwart von überkritischem Kohlendioxid untersucht (Schmelzverhalten, Löslichkeit, Viskosität und Dichte).
