The purpose of this study is to evaluate the English textbook at matriculation level in Multan Division in terms of content, vocabulary, grammar, exercises, activities and physical makeup of the textbook as well as context and information for teachers to guide the teachers. For this purpose, close ended questionnaire was used to collect data from one hundred and eight teachers. Data was analyzed to find out percentages of each items and graphs and it was found that overall quality of textbook is good. Content, vocabulary, exercises and grammar rules are organized logically.
