In this manuscript, authors developed a simple, sensitive and specific liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) method was used for quantification of Niraparib in plasma samples. Zorbax SB-C18, 4.6 x 75 mm, 3.5 μm, 80 Å column, 5mM ammonium acetate: methanol (30:70 v/v) mobile phase was used for Chromatographic separation of Niraparib. MRM positive mode was used to detect the Niraparib at 321.5195.4. Liquid-liquid extraction was employed in the extraction of analytes from human plasma. This method is validated over a linear concentration range of 10.0 – 10000.0 pg/mL with a correlation coefficient (r) of ≥ 0.9997. The developed method was validated and found to be table in plasma samples
