Forming the strategy of economic growth of a vertical integrated company

The subject of the research – analysis of factors and strategies that affect the economic growth of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop a strategy of economic growth of a vertically integrated company, taking into account the most influential factors and the state of the company on the market. Methodology of work – strategies and factors of economic growth of a vertically integrated company, indicators and factors of influence, dynamics of factors of economic growth of an enterprise, formation of strategy. The results of work – the essence of economic growth and strategies of economic growth of the vertically integrated company are considered. The main factors influencing the economic growth of the enterprise are determined; the most significant factors of influence of PJSC «ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih» are outlined. The dynamics of economic indicators was constructed, their changes changed during the period of five years. On the basis of indicators, the strategy of economic growth of the vertically– integrated company, which is most common to the investigated enterprise, has been formed. The conclusions – the types of economic growth strategies were investigated, the dynamics of the factors influencing the economic growth of the vertically integrated company was considered, which made it possible to assess the economic situation of the enterprise in order to further formulate a suitable strategy for economic growth
