The rise is geo-political tensions around the world has led to mass exodus of people from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan in search of safer living conditions. This crisis has resulted in these displaced people to seek asylum in other Countries. However, the process of receiving a refugee status is a long one and while some applications get accepted, others are either rejected or kept on hold for long periods of time. This project analyses a myriad of information ranging from the Countries providing asylum, to the demographics of these asylum seekers and finally the countries that provide resettlement for refugees
