Changing face of crime

Predominantly the types of new opportunities for the commission of crime and some of the causal factors contributing to the commission of crime will be discussed. The presentation will also examine the changing responses to crime - specifically the new types of organisational structures and technologies that may assist or hinder agencies in their responses to criminal activity. Finally the presentation will investigate some of the policy and research implications concerning such changes to the nature of crime and crime control
