Abstract : This research aims to describe attributes category preferences of university students and analyze the most dominant attribute in decision to purchase Cimory milk products in Surakarta City using chi-square analysis and multi attribute fishbein. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic with survey technique. The research’s location has chosen purposively in Surakarta City with accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The results show that there are various preferences in each category of product attributes analyzed. In the attribute of variance, university student preference is the taste of strawberry.
